What ADHD coaching costs in Ireland — and what you get for it
One of the most common frustrations people tell us about is hidden pricing. You find a promising coach, and the only way to learn the cost is to get in touch and wait. We think that is backwards, so here are our prices in plain sight — along with how to compare any coach's offering fairly.
Our prices
All sessions are 50 minutes by secure video. ADHD coaching: a single session is €85, a pack of four is €320 (€80 each), and a pack of eight is €570. Wellness coaching — and coaching for healthcare workers — starts at €75 for a single session, with a pack of four at €280 and a pack of eight at €500.
Packs exist for a simple reason: routines take a few sessions to bed in, so spreading the work over a month or two gets better results than one-off visits. Packs include a shared goal plan and check-ins between sessions.
How to compare coaches
Three questions make comparison easy. How long is a session — some coaches count 30 minutes as a full session, so check the per-minute cost, not just the headline. What is included between sessions, such as goal plans or check-ins? And what experience stands behind the coaching — who trained them, and do they publish their background?
A coach who answers all three on their website before you ask is telling you something useful about how they work.
Is it worth it?
That depends on what you want to change. If you are looking for practical follow-through — routines, systems, accountability, a plan that survives a tired Tuesday — coaching is built for exactly that. If you need medical care, coaching is not the right service, and a good coach will say so clearly.
If our approach sounds right, you can see every package on our pricing page and send a booking request in a few minutes.
